Hope For Six, but God Gave Seven

I am the oldest of eight children, and for as long as I can remember, I have wanted six children of my own. My husband also shares that desire. When we had four, we thought we could have no more; but God blessed us with number five, so now we feel that we can still Hope for Six. NOTE: I became so connected to the phrase Hope for Six that it almost seems strange to think of myself as the mom of seven children, but God has indeed seen fit to give us not one more child, but two!

A "New" House

We've found something. We like it. It's big enough for us; it's cheap enough for us. It's in the perfect location for us. It needs some cosmetic work and a good deep-cleaning session, but we think it'll do.
We are excited at the possibilities, and so are the children. I cried that God would allow us to find something so perfectly suited to us, but then, isn't that just His way?
We submit an offer tomorrow, Lord willing.
